What's in a name?

A short history of how ISEMO came to be.

In December 2009 UAV-dynamics was born. The plan; to utilise the latest drone technology to improve the way we work within the construction industry.

At this point in time the drone market was very immature and eventually I had to admit defeat and accept that the industry was not ready for the change I saw. As time progressed and the technology improved the industry slowly evolved and started to utilise drones to take photographs. This then progressed to the eventual introduction of LiDAR on drones, photogrammetry for creating digital twins.

Our new name!

UAV-dynamics eventually changed to ISEMO; a name which actually originating from my daughters ISabelle and the twins EMily and iMOgen.
